Job Summary
The AI office drives strategy execution adoption and value realization across Sony Pictures Entertainments enterprise AI portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tracking AI opportunities and initiatives through intake review prioritization approval and implementation processes.
- Maintain governance documentation trackers templates process materials and other team resources.
- Assist with documenting business needs potential benefits implementation considerations and lessons learned from AI initiatives.
- Assist with AI communications awareness initiatives training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for AI Strategy & Operations team priorities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Technology Information Systems AI or relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint Excel Word and related productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity and interest with generative AI tools and concepts.
- Experience conducting research analyzing information and developing presentations or reports.
- Interest in media entertainment technology or the application of AI within creative and business environments.
