What Youll Do

• Partner with the Principal from concept through installation.
• Produce detailed CAD SketchUp and presentation drawings.
• Source furnishings lighting textiles and finishes.
• Develop FF&E schedules and custom millwork/furniture drawings.
• Support construction administration site visits and vendor coordination.
• Manage documentation deadlines and multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of interior design experience.
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Advanced CAD and SketchUp skills; rendering experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong design taste curiosity organization and accountability.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced boutique environment.
