• Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting projects
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning sanding scraping caulking and priming
• Apply paint stain and other finishes using brushes rollers and sprayers
• Set up and break down job sites including protecting furniture floors and landscaping
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers sales production and scheduling managers
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project

• Prior painting experience (interior and/or exterior)
• Ability to work on ladders scaffolding and at various heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable punctual and able to work independently
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
