Interim School Counselor Elementary

Interim School Counselor/ Elementary (Beginning late September 2026 - January 2027)

The Interim School Counselor(Elementary) is responsible for helping students overcome problems that impede learning and assisting them in making educational occupational and life plans.Thisis a temporary/short-term interim position (no benefits).

The starting rate for this position will be $225/Day. Contact Human Resources at 787-8000 (Option 1) with any InterimCounseloris responsible for all duties outlined in the Greeneville City Schools Job Description (see link below)

Masters degree in Counseling required. Applicants must have a current valid educator license with appropriate endorsement. Must have strong written verbal presentation and interpersonal skills. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
