NetApp is seeking aIntegration Leadto join the Talent Acquisition & Belonging organization. This role will report directly to the Chief Belonging Officer &Global Head of Talent Acquisitionand serve as a critical integrator across FY27 priorities ensuring alignment execution and measurable outcomes across the Talent Acquisition & Belonging (TAAB) function.
This individual will act as thecentral point of integration for TAAB connecting strategy to execution and will serve as theprimary Talent Acquisition liaison for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)activity.
This is a high-impact highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity drives clarity and translates strategy into action.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Operating Rhythm
- Partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition toshape and operationalize TAAB strategy
- Co-create and manage the annual operating plan ensuring progress against key priorities and commitments
- Own and maintain theTAAB operating rhythm including leadership meetings planning cadences and strategic checkpoints
- Ensure the management team isaligned prepared and focused on highest-impact work
Integration Across TAAB
- Act as thecentral integrator across all FY27 priorities ensuring alignment across regions teams and initiatives
- Drive clarity onpriorities dependencies and trade-offs reducing duplication and fragmentation
- Connect workstreams to ensureenterprise thinking vs. siloed execution
M&A Talent Acquisition Lead
- Serve as theprimary point of contact for Talent Acquisition within the M&A team
- Partner cross-functionally to supportdue diligence workforce integration and talent strategiestied to acquisitions
- Ensure aseamless TA integration experienceacross acquired entities
Data Insights & Problem Solving
- Apply adata-driven approachto identify risks trends and opportunities across TAAB
- Developclear insights and recommendationsto address critical challenges
- Partner onscorecards metrics and functional reviewsto drive accountability and outcomes
Leadership Enablement & Communications
- Lead preparation forweekly leadership meetings business reviews and strategic deep dives
- Develophigh-quality executive materialsfor internal and external presentations (e.g. staff meetings board updates speaking engagements)
- Establish and drivecommunication strategiesthat ensure clarity alignment and engagement across TAAB
Execution & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and resolve issues impacting the execution of strategic priorities
- Developmitigation plans to address risks and gaps
- Supportemployee engagement and action planningefforts across the organization
- Stay connected toexternal trends and best practices bringing forward insights that shape the future of TAAB
Qualifications
- 8 years of experiencein Talent Acquisition HR or related field; heavily focused on Talent Acquisition
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition M & A
- Proven experience inprogram or project management driving complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strongbusiness acumenwith the ability to connect TA strategy to business outcomes
- Experience operating infast-paced ambiguous environmentswith shifting priorities
- Exceptional ability tocommunicate and influence across all levels including senior executives and C-suite
- Demonstrated ability todrive outcomes not just activity
- Strong organizational skills with a focus onprioritization execution and follow-through
- Highlycustomer-focused with a mindset of enabling others to succeed
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 170000 - 230000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location qualifications experience and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance Life Insurance Retirement or Pension Plans Paid Time Off various Leave options Performance-Based Incentives employee stock purchase plan and/or restricted stocks (RSUs) with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws regulations and company policies.
