Job Summary

Role: Integration and Test Engineer
Client: Defense-Aerospace
Hourly Rate: up to $65/hr (W2 non-benefited)
Length: 12 months
Location:Clearwater FL
Shift: 4/10 2nd Shift
Clearance: Candidate must have the Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance. Not needed to start.
Description:
Provide test engineering support to production program integrated product team (IPTs). Define test process plans identifying the sequence of required test steps. Define required tools instruments fixtures software hardware interfaces and test chambers required to execute the test process plan. Develop tests and generate detailed test procedures including narrative diagrams and photographs. Generate detailed troubleshooting guides to aid in the troubleshooting and analysis of the root cause of test failures. Analyze test defect data and trends helping to define and implement corrective actions. Support change management activities of the production program IPT. Provide day-to-day test engineering support to the work cell by resolving technician questions investigating and solving test and/or product performance problems and improving test procedures tooling fixturing hardware software etc. to optimize the test process.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience in CCA test and Circuit troubleshooting
  • Ability to review Power RF Digital and Analog test documents including schematics parts lists drawings and test requirements to determine a method for testing a given device; then develop the detailed test procedure.
  • Ability to design and troubleshoot test fixtures to interface between the tester and the product.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with multiple industry automated tester platforms National Instruments Autotest NHR etc.
  • 5 years experience with design and test of CCAs in multiple technologies (ie digital analog power RF)
  • Software development experience multiple test related languages.
  • Preferred Three to five years detailed CCA test and troubleshooting experience
  • Preferred Demonstrated experience with automated testers specifically Teradyne Spectrum 9100. L321 Autotest National Instruments and National Research
