With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state we are currently seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our OTP Team.

What You Will Do:
- Engage individuals seeking services obtaining intake information in a proficient and professional manner.
- Determine the most suitable service or Level of Care using ASAM Criteria.
- Communicate with referral sources and program staff in a timely professional manner.
- Verify client insurance and maintain accurate up-to-date charts.
- Identify safety or risk concerns and follow appropriate protocols including referral to BHN Crisis or emergency services when needed.
- Manage waitlists and callbacks to ensure timely admissions.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- SUD intake and insurance verification experience preferred.
- Knowledge of substance use disorder and mental health services.
- Excellent computer organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse populations.

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00
