Job Summary
TheUnderwriter / CSR plays a key role in underwriting accounts while providing exceptional customer service to assigned clients. This position requires effective communication with company underwriters clients and in-house brokers to ensure risks are accurately assessed and underwritten meeting the specific needs andsatisfaction of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into the companys software system.
- Generate quotes using various insurance carrier portals.
- Maintain effective communication with a broad range of insurance carriers.
- Provide responsive and satisfactory customer support to clients.
- Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriting teams to ensure proper risk evaluation.
