Whether you are already licensed or looking to begin your insurance career Alignify is committed to helping motivated individuals succeed. We welcome both experienced licensed agents and driven candidates interested in obtaining their Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health (L&H) licenses.
What Youll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
- Build trust and long-term client relationships
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
- Maintain compliance with carrier and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with leadership and recruiting partners to ensure strong placement success

Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Active P&C and/or L&H License preferred or willingness to obtain
- Candidates actively pursuing licensing are encouraged to apply
