Location: Boston Massachusetts hybrid schedule offering a balance of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.

Note: This role requires an active Massachusetts bar license and 3 years of insurance litigation experience. Rhode Island bar admission is preferred but is not required.

Job Description

• Handle insurance litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process
• Draft pleadings motions discovery correspondence and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop well-supported litigation strategies
• Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
• Communicate professionally with clients opposing counsel and other parties
• Participate in hearings depositions negotiations and other litigation proceedings as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support professionals while independently managing assigned responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts bar license required
• 3 years of insurance litigation experience required
• Strong litigation legal research writing and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Rhode Island bar admission preferred

3 to 5 years: $120000 to $130000
6 to 8 years: $130000 to $140000
