Job Description

• Manage insurance defense and civil litigation cases from initial investigation through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions pleadings and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions manage discovery and develop effective case strategies.
• Represent clients at hearings mediations and settlement conferences.
• Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license and J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience with depositions hearings discovery and motion practice.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong legal writing negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Professionalism reliability and a client-focused mindset.

Requirements: FL bar license. 2 years of insurance defense litigation exp. Preferred: Experience independently managing litigation cases including discovery and motion practice. NO job hoppers.

• Required Years as Associate: 2 years of relevant litigation experience (client target: 3 to 6 years).
• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role):
• 2 to 3 yrs: $70K to $90K;
• 4 to 5 yrs: $90K to $105K; 6 yrs:
• $105K to $120K. Recommended internal bands; client confirmed $70K to $120K overall.
