• Analyzing commercial general liability umbrella excess and specialty insurance policies.

• Representing insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.

• Drafting coverage opinions reservation-of-rights letters and substantive motions.

• Handling declaratory judgment actions bad-faith claims and complex coverage litigation.

• Advising on insurance recovery policy interpretation and litigation strategy.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm Id still love to hear from you! I welcome attorneys from firms of all sizes.
