*Experience working with RTI groups preferred
*High School diploma with 60 college units or AA degree or better. Bachelors degree preferred.
*Montessori training and experience desired. Montessori certification or assistants certification preferred.

This position consists of supervision and working with small groups of students in multiple classrooms and supervision duties in a TK/K Montessori classroomThe Instructional Assistant will also participate in occasional professional with or knowledge of the Montessori Method preferredBilingual (Spanish) a plusMust be a team player coachable and be able to effectively handle a variety of responsibilities
