El Segundo Unified School District is a K-12 school district serving approximately 3500 students across six schools (one preschool two elementary schools one middle school one high school and one alternative program). The District is located in a small coastal community of approximately 16000 residents. The Pacific Ocean Los Angeles World Airport Chevron Oil Refinery and large corporate business centers border the city.
