Job Summary
Applicants for this position must have:- Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment or Educational Sign Skills Evaluation score of 3.0-3.9 or pass a local performance indicator in American Sign Language which includes receptive and expressive skills. Applicants for this position must also have:- High school diploma or the equivalent AND one of the following- Two years of college (48 units) or- A. A. degree (or higher) or- Passage of CBEST exam or- Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction.
