  • Holy Rosary School Seattleis seeking an instructional assistant for grades 5-8 beginning in the 26-27 school year. This position primarily supports students who need support with managing executive functioning needs under the direction of classroom teachers. Duties include but are not limited to academic tutoring assignment tracking implementation of student accommodations oral assessments and regular communication with teachers students and families. The instructional assistant may also assist with supervising students leading small groups and providing recess supervision and/or before/after school supervision duties.

    A successful candidate will have experience working with older school aged children preferably in a school setting and preferably is a practicing Catholic. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills be a problem solver and be adaptable to different teaching styles and different student learning styles.

    The instructional assistants work schedule follows the school calendar approximately 6-7 hours/day though hours could be flexed to work with students after school when needed.

    SALARY RANGE: Ranges from $23/hour - $25/hour.
    Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data applicants skills and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications.
