Job Summary
These positions typically work 5 hours per day 5 days per week 10 months per year although this may vary by school are multiple openings located at various elementary schools throughout the district to include: Eastbluff Newport Coast Newport Heights Pomona Victoria and FUNCTION:Under the direction of an assigned Principal assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom or other learning environment; assist teachers with the preparation of instructional materials; tutor students in assigned subject QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and some experience working with children in an organized setting.
