Instructional Assistants : Behavior Intervention must possess one of the following: AA degree 48 semester college units or a Paraprofessional Certificate current CPR and 1st Aid cards with their applicationCERTIFICATES and LICENSES Behavior technique training as provided or equivalent training and participate in District provided training and certification. Must possess and maintain a current CPR card and First Aid Safety certification or ability to obtain. Must possess and maintain a current California Drivers License. Must have reliable transportation. Must maintain insurability during the course of employment.
