Instructional Assistant @ Saint Bridget Catholic School (Richmond VA)

Saint Bridget Catholic School in Richmond VA is seeking a full-time Instructional Assistant for the 2026-27 school year.

The Instructional Assistant will assist the classroom teacher in delivering student instruction of the immediate classroom curriculum and will support the teacher in creating a positive educational environment in the classroom effectively utilizing behavior management strategies and completing other tasks as assigned by the classroom teacher.

This is a full-time hourly 10-month position (Monday-Friday 7:30-3:00).

This position requires at a minimum a high school diploma and experience working in an educational setting is highly preferred. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to Catholic education superior communication skills both written and spoken superior interpersonal organizational and managerial skills enthusiasm a positive attitude and flexibility and are hardworking collaborative team players.
