About this Opportunity
Reporting to theDirector of Institutional Assessment &EvaluationtheInstitutional AssessmentAnalystserves as a key contributorwithintheInstitutional Assessment & Evaluation team withinIADSunit at the University of position supports institutional assessment accreditation and evaluation initiatives by gathering cleaning analyzing and interpreting complex highereducationsurvey enrollment and outcomes data. The analystassistsin preparing reports and presentations that communicate findings to university leadership academic units and external stakeholders. Working collaboratively across administrative and academicdepartments the analyst supports compliance monitoring institutional effectiveness and evidence-based policy implementation. The role requires independent judgment analytical precision and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making across theUniversity.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree inEducationStudiesPublic Policy Social Sciences Statistics Data Analytics Economics or a related field and three years of experience in institutional research enrollment analytics or related data analysis within higher education or a comparable environment
Proficiencywith data analysis and statistical software such as Microsoft Excel SPSS R SAS or equivalent
Experience designing administering and analyzing surveys using tools such as Qualtrics
Excellent skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis including multivariate statistical methods
Experience working with enrollment or student information systems (e.g. Banner) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Demonstrated experience in working with diverse groups and teams; create a culture of inclusion and equity throughout the team while supporting the overall culture of FPB
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Higher Education Administration Public Policy Data Analytics Statistics or related field
Experience supporting regional or programmatic accreditation processes
Proficiencywith SQL or similar query tools for data extraction and reporting
Experience developing dashboards or visualizations in Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards such as FERPA
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to convey analytical findings to diverse audiences
