Installation Permit Coordinator

Pay: $20 - $26 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Fri 8am - 5pm w/ rotating Saturdays. Tues - Fri must be available to start earlier and able to work until 6pm as needed
Full-time year-round work

What Were Looking For:

• Experience with permitting and permit tracking particularly in the HVAC or construction industries

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers city officials and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

• Permitting experience

• Strong communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

• HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus
