Inspack Assistant (STP)

The Inspack is responsible for inspecting each bag produced to identify defects such as improper seals perforations or deformities. Performs counting sorting and packing bags according to customer specifications ensuring compliance with quality standards. Reports production or machine issues and maintains a clean and organized work area

DESCRIPTION

• Visually inspect each bag for defects such as improper seals perforations or deformities.
• Sort and separate defective products from the approved batch.
• Accurately count and pack bags according to customer or production specifications
• Label Packages and ensure they are ready for storage or shipment.
• Report any material or machine issue to the supervisor
• Assist in general production line tasks when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and hygiene standards

EXPERIENCE

• 1 experience in quality inspection or packing in production line
• High school diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Frequent standing walking bending.
• Tolerance for working in varying environmental conditions (e.g. hot cold noisy

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Rotating or fixed shifts 8- or 12-hours workdays (overtime may be required)
• Standing repetitive movements
