We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business maintaining customer relationships increasing sales volume and ensuring excellent customer service through proactive communication and follow-up.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills the ability to handle high call volumes and knowledge of the tobacco CBD or vape industry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Proactively call potential and existing customers to introduce Nepa Wholesales products and services.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
Educate customers on pricing promotions and new product arrivals.
Work to increase order volume and customer retention through consistent communication and relationship-building.
Convert leads into active customers by effectively presenting the benefits of working with Nepa Wholesale.
Order Management & Follow-Ups
Process orders provide order updates and resolve customer inquiries.
Track and log customer interactions in CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist with customer concerns and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Target Achievement
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals including call volume customer engagement and new sign-ups.
Continuously seek new business opportunities through outbound calls and referrals.

Self-motivated and able to handle high call volumes.
Experience in sales customer service or telemarketing is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Proficiency in CRM software or willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have knowledge of the tobacco CBD or vape industry.
Self-motivated and able to handle high call volumes.

Weekly & Daily Performance Expectations
Customer Sign-Ups: Must sign up 57 new customers per week to expand the customer base.
Daily Activities: Must complete 40 activities per day including:
- Cold Calling
- Follow-Ups
- Customer Engagement
- Upselling products and ensuring customer satisfaction

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
