If you thrive on building relationships solving problems and supporting customers from start to finish wed love to hear from Youll DoDeliver Exceptional Customer ServiceAssist retail customers in person by phone and via questions regarding products pricing availability and returns/ customers in selecting the best products and solutions for their positive customer relationships through professional and responsive Sales SuccessActively promote and sell company products services and related material estimates and project quotes for smaller construction projects including decks fences stairs and opportunities to increase sales through product recommendations and add-on a strong understanding of company products pricing and Orders and Coordinate DeliveriesEnter customer orders accurately into company and coordinate product deliveries to ensure customer order details and follow through on customer Yard and Store OperationsAssist with inventory management stocking merchandising and a clean organized and safe work in customer workshops and educational routine customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when Were Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or (6) months of sales retail customer service or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and QualificationsExperience in building materials home improvement construction or related of estimating materials for residential operating or willingness to learn material handling Environment & Physical RequirementsWork in both office and outdoor yard environments with varying weather lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 80 and walk for extended periods throughout the bend kneel reach and perform physical occasionally operate forklifts pallet jacks hand tools and other equipment following training and safety guidelines.
