Inside Sales & Rental Coordinator

Location: Montgomery TX

LK Jordan & Associates is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales & Rental Coordinator for one of our clients in Montgomery TX. This position is responsible for managing the customer order process from quote through invoice while supporting customer relationships order accuracy and coordination between sales parts and shop operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented customer-focused and experienced in equipment sales rentals repair services or a similar industrial environment. This role requires strong communication skills the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and the ability to keep orders moving efficiently through established processes.

• Process customer orders according to company procedures and ISO-based processes

• Manage customer relationships and ensure orders meet customer expectations

• Provide proactive updates regarding order status and timelines

• Respond to customer questions concerns and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with sales parts and shop operations to ensure smooth workflow

• Assist customers with equipment needs rentals repairs and parts requirements

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services

• Maintain accurate order documentation from quote through invoice

• Follow the complete order process:

  • Quote/ Customer Order/ Purchase Order/ Receiving /Work Order /Pick Ticket / Packing List / Invoice

• Communicate customer needs issues and updates with management

• Participate in customer reviews and business planning discussions

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Experience in equipment sales rental repair or industrial services preferred

• Knowledge of equipment parts ordering processes inventory or repair workflows

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities

• Professional solution-focused approach when handling customer concerns

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook Excel and Teams

• QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
