What Youll Do:
- Processing quotes for customers requesting bids concerning lighting opportunities
- Place orders in system and provide tracking updates to customers
- Resolve concerns of both vendors and customers when issues arise
- Produce project submittals for approval and review documents when returned/noted
- Maintain track and update various data required to track effectiveness of the team and branch
- Provide consistent and pleasant communications
What Youll Bring
- Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook are a must
- Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs
- High school diploma/GED required
- Experience in quotes and processing purchase orders are a plus
- Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines
