Seeking a Quote Specialistto assist the Manufacturing sales team by preparing quotes for potential/existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotes in a timely manner determining pricing based on information obtained from potential and existing customers to meet their specifications.
- Work with and monitor quotes and provide updates to internal teams and external customers to meet customer specifications.
- Respond to customer requests and concerns
- Apply a broad knowledge of principles practices and procedures to the completion of all assignments.
- Understand dimensions and be able to interpret from blueprints into quotes.
- Previous experience with technical quotes
- Previous manufacturing experience helpful
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required
- Ability to work independently and have high attention to detail and work within tight timeframes
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
