Identifies solicits and arranges appropriate insurance coverage for clients by utilizing accessible markets. Serves as in intermediary between the Agent and the Insurance Company for business renewal and growth. Drives new and renewal business to ensure brokerage team is meeting or exceeding production goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute new and renewal business activity by quoting placing binding and confirming policies within established guidelines
Market insurance products by identifyingappropriate coveragesolutions through accessible markets for less complex risks
Negotiate coverage terms with carriers within defined underwriting and pricing parameters
Serve as a primary point of contact for agents on assigned accounts managing communication and responding to inquiries in a high-volume environment
Ensure accuracy of submissions and policy information including risk details and coverage structure
Monitor assigned accounts tomaintaincompliance with company policies procedures and underwriting standards
Support production goals by driving transactional deal flow and contributing to overall team performance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree or relevant insurance designation preferred
1-3 years of experiencewithin insurance including quoting placement or account management responsibilities
Experience expectations increase across the career path with progression toward more complex deal execution and broader market responsibility
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
Appropriate state-specific insurance may be pursued to support technical development and career progression.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Strong understanding of insurance products underwriting concepts and market placement practices
Ability to analyze risk information and match coverage solutions within defined guidelines
Effective communication and relationship management skills with agents andcarriers
Ability to manage high-volume workflows with speed and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
Proficiencyin systems and tools used to support quoting placement and servicing activities
