Position: Senior Manager Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Location: Seattle WA 98101 Type: Permanent / Full-Time / Onsite Salary: USD $231000 $268000 / yr Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20000 Relocation Assistance: Available Domain: Pharmaceutical / Bio-tech
Role & Responsibilities-
Strategic Oversight: Align inpatient pharmacy practices across national regional and local levels.

Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compounding master formulas formulary records and ensure corporate and regulatory compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Acute Care Infusion nursing and physician partners to deploy consistent high-quality care.

Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree.

Experience: PGY1 residency 3 years as a pharmacist OR 5 years of direct pharmacy experience.

Leadership: Minimum 3 years in a leadership role with direct reports and 2 years managing operational or project budgets.

Licensing: Washington State Pharmacist License required at hire; National Provider Identifier (NPI) within 6 months.

Post-Graduate Year 2 (PGY2) residency/fellowship or Board Certification (e.g. BCPS).

4 years of leadership experience in a large matrixed organization and 3 years managing regulatory affairs.
