Innovative Career Pathways Grant Part-time Coordinator
Effective 2026-27 School Year
Location:W-H Regional High School
Reports to Principal
- Education:A Bachelors degree minimum though a Masters degree is highly preferred. Relevant majors include education psychology counseling or administration.
- Experience:3 to 5 years of successful teaching or educational leadership experience particularly in alternative or career/technical education.
- Networking Abilities:Experience building partnerships with local businesses colleges and workforce boards.
- Program Management:Proven ability to design and implement academic programs internships and capstone projects.
- Certifications:Often requires or prefers a valid state administrative or teaching certification (e.g. Administrator I).
Adhere to five guiding principles as outlined in the Grant and six characteristics for its new pathways recognizing that a structured pathway that integrates these into a coherent set of strategies and services for participating students ensures the quality of the pathway. Responsibilities include coordination of the Innovative Career Pathways Grant Student Internship placement and class and field trip organization.
Grant Funded Stipend: $20000
