Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends holidays and split to work on time entering the property arrive in proper uniform crisp clean and in good must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.5. Attend all required training safety courses; attend office and departmental any safety hazards follow up that hazard has been corrected and assist with providing a safe work environment.7. Make sure all sidework is complete before opening.8. Set up tables glasses and silver should be clean and lined up properly; salt and pepper shakers and sugar holders full and clean; chairs including legs and table bases are clean; flowers are appealing and fresh; table cloth is clean crisp and hanging properly.9. Attend pre-shift meeting to learn daily specials and miscellaneous guests and their guests immediately and with a smile.11. Guide guests through the course of their dining experience communicating frequently.12.
