DeliverHigh QualityStructured Cabling Work

• Install test service and decommission structured cabling systems including fiberoptics copper communications and otherlow voltagesystems.

• Build and remove cabinets racks cable trays pathways and related data center infrastructure.

• Perform physical installations and removals with precision safety and attention to detail.

Champion Safety & Quality

• Follow all Company and customer safety standards to ensure anAccident-FreeEverydayenvironment.

• Uphold quality production and industry best practices in every installation.

• Maintain a clean organized andhazard-freework area to support efficient and safe operations.

Interpret and Execute Technical Plans

• Read and follow project drawings specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

• Apply broad understanding of structured cabling installation routing labeling and commissioning.

• Ensure installations meet design intent customer requirements and industry standards.

Support the Team & Mentor Others

• Work as a proactive member of the team supportingless experiencedtechnicians and sharing knowledge.

• Help plan materials tools and tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.

• Communicate clearly with supervisors teammates and customer representatives.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma GED or equivalent.

• 35 yearsof telecom/structured cabling experience (data center experience a strong plus).

• OSHA10 preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

• First Aid/CPR certification within90 days.

• FOA certifications BICSI cabling certifications or similar credentials preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is an activehands-onrole inside data centers andtechnology richenvironments.

You will:

• Work primarilyindoors with occasional outdoor tasks.

• Experience moderate noise levels typical of construction and data center settings.

• Regularlysit kneel stoop climb crawl reach talk and hearduring tasks.

• Frequentlystand and walkfor extended periods.

• Regularly lift and/or moveup to 50lbsand frequently lift up to25 lbs.

• Work intight or confined spaces raised floors and sometimes atheightsusing ladders or lifts.

• Wear PPE and follow all safety protocols.

Work Location & Travel

• Onsite daily at customer or data center locations.

• Minimal overnight travel (5%) but flexibility isrequiredwhen project needs shift.

• Candidates must bring and maintain a professional tool kit including (but not limited to):
  Notepad tool pouch cable sheath stripper punch tools scissors screwdrivers pliers utility knife tape measure torpedo level channel locks hammer wrench sets socket sets nut drivers flashlight/headlamp cordless drill cordless impact VFL toner set and cable tester.
