Job Summary
Infrastructure Engineer - MuleSoft/CRM Support-Remote
Mandatory skills:
- Strong hands-on infrastructure and production-support experience
- Good knowledge of enterprise networking firewalls DNS VPNs proxies load balancers and TLS certificates
- Experience supporting file movement SFTP or managed file-transfer solutions
- Experience supporting cloud or hybrid application environments
- Understanding of middleware and API-based integration environments
- Hands-on observability experience (infrastructure metrics application logs dashboards alerts)
- Strong troubleshooting and cross-team coordination capabilities
- Willingness to work in the EST time zone
Preferred skills:
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform
- API gateways OAuth service accounts and secrets management
- AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Splunk Datadog Dynatrace Grafana New Relic or similar
- Infrastructure automation and scripting
