Job Summary
Youll analyze project performance against various GPC baselines captured
Youll assess project schedule risks or delays and promptly inform relevant stakeholders to ensure awareness and facilitate resolution and mitigation strategies
Youll facilitate schedule review discussions with project management team and project stakeholders
Youll travel to project site meetings to support schedule coordination and reviews
Youll attend required GPC scheduling best practice training and apply standards in day-to-day scheduling activities
Youll develop and maintain detailed Transmission project schedules in Primavera P6 ensuring alignment with approved scope milestones timelines CPM standards WBS and GPC TPMO scheduling requirements.
Youll ensure schedules adhere to organizational standards procedures and best practices while supporting QA/QC activities through logic checks schedule reviews and data integrity validation.
Youll prepare required schedule reports in approved formats and ensure all schedule documentation is properly maintained in accordance with document management requirements.

Relevant scheduling certifications aligned to the role
Proven experience performing project scheduling functions exclusively using Primavera P6 including:
o Schedule development
o Progress tracking
o Project forecasting
o Applying and demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the Critical Path Method (CPM)
