Job Summary
- Youll provide daily site inspection reports to verify compliance with approved plansspecificationsand codes.
- Youll coordinate in the field with clients/owners consultants contractorsdesignersand regulatory agencies.
- Youll monitor and documents contractor resourceutilization(labormaterialsand equipment) for field changes and time and material workandassistwith negotiation of basic field construction changes.
- Youll regularly attend andparticipatein construction meetings safety meetings/updatesand project site coordination meetings.
- Youll verify equipment and materials installation.
- Youll measure and record pay quantities.
- Youll review thecontractors schedule.
- Youll coordinate 3rd-party special material testing inspections.
- Youll review and provide input on potential change order issues.
- Youll maintainproject recordsincluding safety documentation.
- Youll manage project photographic records.
- Youll conduct verification of field surveys.
- Youll maintain a daily report of all work site activities.
- Youll perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience
- In lieu of a degree the candidate must have at least 5 years of construction-related experience
- Compliance withcompanyvehicle policy isrequiredorbe willing to travel to various project areas as needed
- Possess solid negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated skill inidentifying analyzing and providing innovative solutions to problems along witha high levelof math aptitude
- Ability to multi-task several priorities andpossesssolid time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
