THE WORK:
  • Youll coordinate with subject-matter experts to satisfy compliance obligations and Environmental Requirements aligning all actions with the overall construction schedule.
  • Youll partner with Permit Managers to fully understand permit conditions and translate those requirements for Construction teams ensuring compliance with all environmental approvals.
  • Youll manage environmental and construction consultants who support site delivery overseeing their work on required inspections internal reporting agency discussions AHJ submissions and field-level compliance advice for construction teams.
  • Youll identify and mitigate construction-related issues involving stormwater wetlands streams (CWA 404/401) threatened and endangered species cultural resources buffers tree preservation and air complianceand youll assist permitting teams in delivering construction-requested permit modifications.
  • Youll support regulatory agency stakeholder and community engagement activities for new builds.
  • Youll develop environmental risk and compliance mitigations that enable datacenter construction and operations to proceed within development timelines.
  • Youll manage environmental compliance planning and execution for both pre-construction activities and operational turnover
  • Youll communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse internal and external stakeholders maintain and report project status regularly and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of an Environmental Excellence program for datacenter delivery and construction
  • On-site at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client all our roles there is some in-person time for collaboration learning and building relationships with clients peers leaders and communities. As an employer we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Experience in DC construction and commissioning standards and practices
  • Management of environmental compliance planning and execution for pre-construction activities and operational turnover
    Communication of environmental requirements and environmental expertise to diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Construction Environmental Compliance Lead will maintain and report project status regularly and contribute to the development and continued improvement of an Environmental Excellence program for datacenter delivery and construction
$125000 - $150000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Maine Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
