Information Technology Team Leader- Application Development

Were looking for an IT Team Leader to directly manage a team software developers while guiding a portfolio of application development projects. Youll balance delivery with people leadership: setting direction coaching team members conducting performance reviews and working through challenges when they youll doLead support and develop a team of software developers through regular feedback coaching performance reviews and career development expectations assign work and help the team balance priorities across multiple performance concerns directly and constructively following company application development projects from planning through deployment and ongoing technical guidance on solution design development testing and with business stakeholders to understand needs communicate progress and deliver practical ways to improve how the team works and contributes to broader IT you bring10 years of software engineering or application development least 5 years of direct people management experience including formal performance reviews employee development and performance leading multiple software development projects at the same technical judgment and the ability to turn business needs into clear plans for a development to manufacturing environment a communication sound prioritization and a leadership style that combines support with accountability.A bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or equivalent you enjoy developing people as much as delivering software wed like to hear from you.**This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future
