Information Technology & Systems Market Director

Duties:

• Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services (IT&S) across the assigned market.
• Aligns market IT operations with enterprise strategies regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensures reliable secure and efficient technology solutions that support clinical operational and business objectives across multiple facilities.
• Partners with system IT leadership market/facility executives and cross-functional teams to drive innovation performance improvement and data-informed decision-making.

Experience:

• 5 years of progressive IT management experience with at least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations EHR systems cybersecurity regulatory compliance and project management. Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations preferred.
• Strong leadership communication and relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate across clinical operational and enterprise teams.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field required or 7 years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree required.

Schedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. However schedules may vary by business necessity. Remote workers are expected to be available during normal business hours unless otherwise approved by the department leader(s).

Compensation: $48.00-$65.00/HR
