Job Summary
Precision Castparts Corp.s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCCs business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This program is specifically designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates.This position will be in various locations soyou mustbe willing to relocate (US only). Start date for this role is July 12 2027.

Program Design
YEAR ONE
Exposure to all foundational areas including:
- Safety Awareness
- Help Desk
- Network Technician
- SOX Preparation
- ITP Compliance
- Project Management
Additionally participants will be introduced to key domains such as:
- Development
- Infrastructure
- Industrial IoT
- Cyber Security
YEAR TWO
- In the second year participants will take a deeper dive into one of the areas introduced in Year One. This focused rotation allows for specialization and advanced skill development in the key domain chosen for them.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Information Systems Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking programming security or database administration
- Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
- Club organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be a US Person*
- Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)
