Information Systems Technology Asset Management

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills meticulous attention to detail strong analytical and project management capabilities excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring the accuracy integrity and compliance of enterprise IT asset records financial plans procurement activities lifecycle documentation and technology refresh strategies. This position plats a critical role in enabling informed business decisions optimizing technology investments minimizing operational risk and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organizations IT infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

• • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or other related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education technical certifications training and work/military experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments with thousands of hardware and software assets.
• Experience working with enterprise asset management IT service management (ITSM) or configuration management database (CMDB) platforms (e.g. ServiceNow BMC Helix Ivanti Jira Service Management).
• Experience working with enterprise procurement and financial management systems (e.g. SAP Oracle ERP PeopleSoft).
• Working knowledge of IT asset management frameworks and ITIL practices.
• Project management experience; certification such as PMP or Agile/Scrum is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions PivotTables Power Query) Microsoft Project Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• The expected salary range within the Washington DC metropolitan area is: $150000 - 185000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience education geographic location and contractual requirements. This is not a guarantee.
