Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) – RMF & Compliance

COLSA Corporation is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer ISSO (RMF & Compliance) to join our this role you will serve as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for systems assigned. The ISSO will perform system monitoring and analysis support for the detection of cyber incidents and provide recommendations on how to correct findings. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to maintenance of authorization packages account management security auditing and configuration management reporting.

*Contingent upon receipt of task order funding.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):

• Perform monitoring and evaluation of systems as directed by senior ISSOs
• Populates and reviews Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs) to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Reviews analyzes and troubleshoots Security Center and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scan results using findings to develop and update Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Maintains and updates security compliance documentation within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Performs security compliance activities within a closed secure environment.
• Will work collaboratively with technical personnel and nontechnical stakeholders.
