- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an ISSO supporting major federal information systems/applications.
- Bachelors degree required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Project for planning tracking and reporting security tasks and remediation activities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Project Managers and Product Owners to deconflict scope plan and execute continuous monitoring and security efforts.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and drive security plan changes and improvements to maintain NIST compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns assess risks and prioritize security tasks.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey deadlines risks and remediation strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge with auditing security controls
- Superior writing communication and critical analysis skills.
- Skilled in MS office suite
- Works independently proactively identifies and completes task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.

- This position is onsite in Ashburn VA.
The posted range is likely however is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Salary will be based on experience geographic location and contractual requirements and may fall outside of the posted range.
