Infection Preventionist, RN

Position: RN Infection Preventionist

The ideal Registered Nurse candidate for this position should possess excellent time management superior organization skills and be an exceptional communicator. Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• assisting with surveillance throughout the facility to promote infection prevention
• ensuring adherence to infection control standards policies and procedures and
• reviewing and monitoring reporting data regarding facility-acquired infections treatments and control measures.

Qualifications:

• Must have South Carolina RN
• Must have superior communication skills & be an effective leader
• Must be flexible caring compassionate and a team player
• Prior experience in Infection Control preferred
• Prior experience in LTC/ SNF preferred
