What Youll Do

As an Infant & Toddler Teacher youll help create a warm safe and engaging classroom where children feel secure supported and excited to explore the world around them.

Youll:

• Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers
• Build positive trusting relationships with children
• Support daily routines including feeding diapering napping and playtime
• Prepare bottles and follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures
• Create engaging learning experiences through music sensory play books movement and hands-on exploration
• Support childrens social emotional cognitive language and physical development
• Observe and document childrens daily activities and developmental milestones
• Communicate professionally with families about childrens routines progress and milestones
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and learning experiences
• Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who is caring dependable patient and excited to work with young children.

• At least16 years old
• Passion for working with infants and toddlers
• Previous childcare experience is helpful butnot required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient dependable and organized
• Comfortable learning and working in a team environment
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to complete all required Montana licensing and training requirements
