Pay: $20$21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday

- Provide attentive responsive care for infants throughout the day
- Support individualized feeding diapering sleep and daily routines
- Create age-appropriate sensory and early learning experiences
- Encourage early language cognitive physical and social-emotional development
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Maintain a safe clean organized and nurturing Infant classroom
- Build trusting relationships with children and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow Infant Teachers and center leadership
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing health and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Professional experience working with infants preferred
- Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving
- Comfortable with feeding diapering and individualized infant routines
- Patient nurturing dependable and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- $20$21 per hour
