Job Summary

Precision Castparts Corp.s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCCs business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company.This program is specifically designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates.This position will be in various locations soyou mustbe willing to relocate (US only). Start date for this role is July 12 2027.

Program Design

  • First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Corporate Automation Standards.
    • Areas of Focus:
      • Technology Development for Production Environments
      • Robot Programming
      • Control System Design
      • Data Analytics & AI Applications
      • System Optimization
  • Second year members will be placed at another PCC location continuing to build on the foundations learned in year one by effectively

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a field of study such as: Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Systems Integration Automation Technology Computer Science or related field
  • Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Club organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be a U.S. Person*
  • Must be willing to relocate twice (program roles located in various US locations only)
