Industrial Services Project Manager

Were looking for a hands-on Industrial Services Project Manager who can estimate projects lead crews manage customers and support field operations when needed. Experience with industrial maintenance shutdowns outages rigging scaffolding coatings painting or mechanical services is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage industrial maintenance shutdown outage and specialty projects.
• Prepare estimates bids schedules budgets and manpower plans.
• Manage customers subcontractors crews equipment and materials.
• Lead shutdown and outage work while meeting safety and schedule requirements.
• Identify additional work and help grow customer accounts.
• Recruit mentor and lead field employees.
• Ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and company safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman-level industrial maintenance construction or skilled trade experience.
• 4 years as a Foreman Superintendent Project Manager or similar leader.
• Experience estimating and managing industrial maintenance shutdown or outage projects.
• Knowledge of rigging cranes scaffolding mechanical maintenance coatings or industrial services.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work alongside field crews when needed.

Preferred

• Refinery manufacturing chemical pharmaceutical power or heavy industrial experience.
• OSHA 30 or NCCER certification.
• Industrial maintenance estimating experience.
• Crane rigging or equipment certifications.
