Industrial Maintenance Technician Day Shift

• Partner with Maintenance and Facility leadership to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency
• Repair production equipment safely and efficiently following breakdowns
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Fabricate modify and install new or existing equipment
• Support continuous improvement projects and assigned initiatives
• Follow all safety protocols including proper PPE usage
• Comply with all NOV policies HSE standards and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to work overtime and shift schedules as required
• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day
• Perform frequent bending stooping and repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Push and pull equipment or materials throughout the shift
• Travel up to 10% as needed

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in fabrication mechanical and electrical repair using shop tools preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to read and use precision gauges drawings and technical instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools
• Willingness to be cross-trained and learn multiple job functions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and reliability
