Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our medical device manufacturing team specializing in the maintenance and support of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment such as Mori Seiki Mill Turns Makino 5 axis Mills Tsugami Mill Turns and Citizen Swiss. As a Maintenance Technician you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability efficiency and optimal performance of our CNC machinery used in the production of critical medical :Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pmWhat Youll Do:Conduct preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on CNC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous manufacturing routine inspections and tests on CNC machinery components to identify and address potential issues with production and engineering teams to diagnose and rectify equipment malfunctions ensuring minimal impact on production accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities including repairs inspections and parts in the installation and commissioning of new CNC equipment adhering to safety and quality Youll Need:Proven experience (2 years) as a Maintenance Technician in a medical device manufacturing (or equivalent) environment specializing in CNC in troubleshooting electrical mechanical and pneumatic systems related to CNC with CNC programming and control systems such as Fanuc Siemens and organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
