Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Were hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a food and beverage manufacturer in Leominster MA. Youll keep the plants manufacturing processing and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a direct hire position with full benefits and an annual bonus.

What Youll Do

• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair industrial manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Repair and replace motors conveyors pumps switches controls and other components
• Install adjust and calibrate equipment as needed
• Handle basic welding fabrication and machine shop work
• Read and interpret technical manuals equipment diagrams and schematics
• Keep accurate records of maintenance repairs and inspections
• Track parts and supplies and flag inventory needs
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and plant safety procedures
• Work with production and operations to fix issues and improve equipment reliability

What You Bring

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant
• Strong mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Basic welding and fabrication skills
• Food beverage or packaging plant experience is a plus
